I’m Wendie Taylor, a Registered Dietitian and an expert in nutrition for perimenopause and women’s hormonal health over two decades, but more than that, I’m a woman who understands the ups and downs of navigating perimenopause. I’m like that friend you meet for a chat over coffee, where we talk about health, life, and everything in between.
In my journey from my 20s and 30s to where I am now, I’ve learned that health is not about restriction and obsession with diets. I’ve learned that your LDL’s are way more important than a number on the scale. I’ve been in those moments of feeling lost and overwhelmed, where skipping meals and relying on coffee or cocktails seemed like the norm.

Know you are not alone. Also know that it’s impossible to hate yourself into a body you love. It’s not about diets and control, it’s about self-care.
Today, I wake up every day fueled by a deep passion for empowering women to embrace their bodies and minds during this pivotal time in life. I understand that health is rooted in self-care, being intentional about the addition of foods that will support my health, and cultivating daily habits that nourish both the body and the soul. In the past few years, I’ve gone from busy and burnt out to experiencing the powerful transformation that comes from prioritizing myself and making that a non-negotiable.
Through my program The Perimenopause Pathway, I don’t just focus on the physical aspect of health, but I believe in a holistic approach that nurtures your emotional and mental health too. Together, we will work towards feeling comfortable in your skin, reducing cravings, improving your energy levels, and experiencing better sleep.

My program is a hybrid coaching model which means you get 1:1 coaching, quick learning curriculum, worksheets with tools, and access to me daily through my coaching app. This gives you the best of all learning environments so you can get faster results. You get a 1:1 Roadmap on our first onboarding call together that we will be working through during our time together.
I do all my own coaching. You will get a combination of chat and voice support via my Voxer coaching app to get answers to questions that come up in between our sessions. It’s very on-demand and it allows me to be available to my clients every single day vs just a couple times a month o never like programs that don’t provide 1:1 options.
My clients get a coaching response within 24 business hours and usually 1-2 times in the same day. I don’t know of any other nutrition coaching program for women in perimenopause that provides this level of support for the investment. My clients love the hands-on nature of the program and they get to talk to me everyday in some form or fashion and this is why they see the most success!

That’s simple –ME! Maybe you have already gathered, but I give my all to each and every client. My clients love me and I love them! On average, my clients stick with me for 1-2 years. They wouldn’t do that if I wasn’t helping them transform their life. You have probably already gotten this vibe from me if we have been chatting in the DM’s on social. I lead with my heart, and you are so much more than a transaction for me. And lets state the facts: I’m an author, dietitian for 21 years helping women with gut health and hormones, and I am also a woman in perimenopause so I get it!
If you are comparing programs, please ask these questions before you buy anything. Whether you hire me or not, I want the best for you and I want you to make the right decision. What is their story and history? Can they introduce you to current people in their program or past clients so you can get a feel for the type of relationship they have with their clients? Do they teach only ONE method to do things with strict rules? Are they the ones doing the actual coaching? Do you vibe with them? These factors all make a huge difference!
I really feel like this is a personal discussion and I think its important to be open and honest about your goals and health concerns. Maybe you let them look at the resources on this page, my program video, or even my social media. I’m also happy to chat and answer any questions.
Because of the nature of my program, I do have to enroll on certain start dates per month so this will be something we can discuss when we chat. I try to make accommodations as fast as possible, but certain times during the year, I am booked weeks out. You can pay in advance to secure a spot up to 3 months out. I schedule on a first come, first serve basis.
I ensure the services I provide are above satisfactory. Client results and satisfaction is my biggest priority. Fulfillment of services is completed over a 3-month timeline, meaning you get access to digital courses, program materials, coaching app and 1:1 services immediately upon start date inside the program. I may offer refunds/credits in the following conditions: 1) If the service has not been performed at all during the time of our contract 2) A significant life event occurs that delays your ability to use the services. I do offer credits for future services.
